Thank you guys for the comment. I have some doubts. But I feel like I want this job. It's been awhile I'm not on the floor. Or handling patient. I only supervise MAs and do leadership job. I feel like I miss doing bedside care and direct care. This unit is not inside the hospital, it's a community subacute and transitional care center but I think it's under hospital license? Something like that

The DON said some of then have trachs, vent, some IVs? And they some wound treatments? They are patients from medsurg and ICU
Yes, you should decline the offer. It doesn't look like a safe place, and you put your license on the line.

Let me guess? This is probably a Kindred SNF. Not Kindred Hospital, but one of their many so-called 'transitional care centers.'
This makes me glad I never got a job there. 1:12?! Hell no!

Or one of the many so called sub acute rehabs. They are for profit facilities.. that cut nursing to the bone in order to boost their bottom line. They get away with it because these patients are so called "stable".. but in reality , they are soo sick they could turn on a dime.. and they require many hours of nursing care.
