Passed nclex-Rn on first try,pvt worked

first wanna thank all u guys here,m not new but this is my first post,been reading all the post for the last 6mnths.great help!!so here's my nclex-rn story..m a foreign RN so this nclex thing was really new to me, so did a lot of research abt the test,hw to answer the questions,read lot of post at this site really helped me a lot n the only way to pass this test is to study study study n alot of study,pray,stay positive,have faith in urself n tell urself everyday u can do this.its not impossible its just another test.the study material i use is:

prentice hall (mary anhogan) best book must have, but in detail.
saunders Q&A book (didnt get time to practice the cd).
linda a.lacharity(must have).
practice all the quizes from prentice hall cd
practice almost 3000questions.
my score on saunders was in 70-80%
in prentice hall 60-70%
in linda a.charity at first few chapters n case study i was getting in 50s n iwas like what
??but later i was getting in 70s%.n no kapln or review classes, studied on my own.too expensive for me.

so the day before the test i got sick :crying2: fever sore throat headache pretty bad n cudnt sleep the nite before, awake till 4am test was at 8am on 29th last wk thought m going to fail :eek: .i had abt 15 sata,few meds i knew all,infecton control(my chicken hez herpes lol great help),priortization n delegation,the test was not all over the place i got a lot of oncology n endocrinology some psych.computer turned blue at 75q in 2 hrs.48hrs after test were pretty nerve wrecking cudnt eat cudnt sleep,got good popup frm pvt trick.2pm saturday got the good news its say i PASSED WOOHOOO:yeah:.if i can do this u can too.relax n take a deep breath.
