Passed NCLEX with 69 questions

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

I took the NCLEX RN the first time on February 14th. I honestly didn't feel prepared and I got the whole entire test and failed. The first time I studied using the NCSBN review which was a big mistake. Since I failed I wanted to try a different review program. I purchased Uworld with 1 self assessment. I did about 100-150 questions each day. These questions were really hard but I studied all the rationals. Two days before I took my exam I did the self assessment. I felt like I was getting on the questions wrong but I ended up getting a 73% which meant I had a very high chance of passing NCLEX. Took the exam and computer shut off at 69. I felt much more relaxed and prepared after using World. I tried the Pearson due trick and it really doesn't work

Do you feel it was harder since there is lesser questions now?

I thought I replied to this but I guess it did go through... it was the same to me.. but vague very very very vague..

you were reading it 3 time asking ,what is this asking me. You had a few regular questions in there but I was like this is vaguest test known to man

I thought the test would be easier also , but its not easy its just faster.. You hit 60 questions pretty quick.. My endurance was pretty hi.

Hi, I just bought the NCBSN review, if you don't mind can you tell me what you didn't like about it. If I need to move on to something else, I rather not waste my time on it. I caught in the $14 special.

Mark's lectures can be found on Youtube as well if you guys search it. That's where I listen to them. There's also Hurst reviews on there.

No problem I forward to all of y’all in the morning. The lecture is on Youtube. What I did was I printed the lecture notes and I fill in as I listen to it. I listen to it when I’m cleaning, washing dishes, doing laundry, driving to and from work. It was very helpful because he help you think like NCLEX n how to pick out the right answer. Uworld helped a lot. Those are the only two resources I used and that all I needed. Uworld was awesome, I did all 2000 and so questions also went back and did some of the ones I got wrong read all the rational.
