Passed NCLEX with 69 questions

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

I took the NCLEX RN the first time on February 14th. I honestly didn't feel prepared and I got the whole entire test and failed. The first time I studied using the NCSBN review which was a big mistake. Since I failed I wanted to try a different review program. I purchased Uworld with 1 self assessment. I did about 100-150 questions each day. These questions were really hard but I studied all the rationals. Two days before I took my exam I did the self assessment. I felt like I was getting on the questions wrong but I ended up getting a 73% which meant I had a very high chance of passing NCLEX. Took the exam and computer shut off at 69. I felt much more relaxed and prepared after using World. I tried the Pearson due trick and it really doesn't work

where do you live?

haha you won't just hit reschedule and then search through all the testing centers near you.

when I hit reschedule it took a whole 5 min for the loading screen to confirm hahahha I was panicing

I live in texas... I'm good tho. cause the testing center is 45 min away. but I got dallas 2 hrs away that has 4-5 testing centers in that area.. I like 1hr from 2 more centers... worse comes to worse I would only have to drive 4hrs to another city with 2-4 testing centers.

ohh OK gotcha did you get a date this month ?

so the orginal date was April 20th when it got cancelled I almost had to take it the yesterday or this sat.. but was able to get a date for next wed.that pushed up my studying and my game plan quicker than I wanted. I was gonna have to do 300 questions a day and a practice test every day

when you told me they had open dates I was able to get sat the 18 so now I get 3 more days of study.

haha how ironic mine was April 20 too then they unscheduled me and now the testing center is back open that unscheduled me its very weird. I hope they stay open bc I cancelled my appointment in D.C for Monday so I'm testing Thursday the 16 now fingers crossed!

@Astronomical 1 hey how was the exam? Any advice ?

Naw...don't be nervous ..do 75 questions remediate and study Mark k notes . Then take a break then do it again..then do it again.. shut it off at 5pm then study notes at night...

I'm making a point to do my practice test at the same time I do my NCLEX

Hey guys, are y’all finding that more and more test centers are opening every day? I graduated April 10th.. just waiting on my ATT email. I live in the Dallas Fort Worth area, haven’t started seriously studying yet because I’m hearing there’s no dates until June ??‍♀️??‍♀️ Good luck everyone!

I just finished . I did the trick I got a good pop up right after the exam. When I got home 2 hrs later I tried again it says my account is on hold. I’m so nervous but I feel good. How you feel?
