Passed NCLEX-PN

Nursing Students NCLEX

Published

Wednesday June 4th was a crazy anxious morning. I took the NCLEX-PN at 10:15 am with so many doubts and uncertainty, my hands couldn't stop trembling and my heart was beating awfully fast :arghh:, especially when the computer shut off at 85 questions. I admit, I thought I was doomed when that screen went off..but I was also optimistic, prayed, and kept a positive attitude about it throughout the exam and after. I took my time with each question and answered them to the best of my nursing school knowledge and abilities. Left the testing center with anxiety wanting the results as soon as possible..30 minutes later I arrived home and tried the PVT and got the good pop-up and became even more happy that I didn't get the cc page aka the "bad pop up"..24 hours later I went on the Pennsylvania SBON site and my name and license# shown up!!! I passed!! I really passed!! :) what a huge relief, feels like I was a little kid at Christmas again. I haven't posted here much since joining, but I have learned sooooo much from others and I am very grateful that I have had this resource. Throughout nursing school, I sought most of my questions and advice from allnurses.com and I just wanted to give a HUGE shout out and a THANK YOU for all the people that post often and the experienced members that gave such awesome advice!!!

Here is what I've used to study for the NCLEX-PN:

Saunders Comprehensive Review 5th edition - This book is very detailed and I loved the format. Reviewed most of my med-surg content with this book.

Lippincott Review for NCLEX-PN - Helped me with my SATA questions!

ATI - Did every assessment and comprehensive until I knew for sure that I was ready.

GOOD LUCK YOU CAN DO IT!:yes::yes:

Congrats!!!!!!!!! I will be graduating from LPN school in December and I have started practicing NCLEX quests!!! I hope and PRAY I pass first time. I will get that book you mentioned for SATA which I am crazy scared of!!! best wishes and congrats again!!!!!!

Congratulations, and welcome to this crazy ride! :)

Congratulations ...

May I borrow your fortune for my NCLEX next month?

How was the exam did you find it difficult ?

Yay congrats !

Congratulations!

It was okay, to me personally it was somewhat difficult, there were alot of questions where I had to re-read them more than 2 times but it wasn't bad.
