Welcome and I agree with Lunah always use the EC Practice Exams and schedule your exams that really made me study and helped with procrastination. I also used Saunders NCLEX review even saw a few of the questions from there on the exams. Good Luck and by the way where do you live in Florida - I live just south of St Pete.
Hey everyone. New to this site currently an lpn in florida and doing the AS program through excelsior while working full-time. If any body has any study suggestions please let me know.Currently working on transitions to RN role and it's a lot of info. Anybody that's passed do you have any suggestions on what to really focus on.Thanks
Congratulations!! it's a good feeling to pass and moving forward. for transitions definately use SG101. it really helped me alot with that one and i did do some of the required reading but its really boring stuff, imo...mostly memorization is all that it is, you'll have no problem passing this exam.
Good Luck :)
Congrats!! Transitions is very dry--be happy you got through it, so boring! I would use the practice exams every time as well. And Lunah is right--give yourself a deadline and don't change it (unless you really have to). Good luck on the rest! I am finished waiting for my FCCA to come in the mail
thanks everyone for your comments that really helps a lot. it's so much information but i will get through it. i just gotta stay positive and focus. to those who are still doing exams good luck... and to the ones who are finished congrats!! :)
