There is really no way of telling if you passed or failed by comparing your test questions and amount of questions to other people. Just try to relax and do some things to take your mind off of the test... stay busy!! I dont know if this is true or not but i have also heard that it is a good thing when you dont have calculations because they are considered easier questions. Good luck and hopefully you can relzx until you get your results!
Number of questions means absolutely nothing in determining if one passes or not.
There is no way to second guess your results. You are going to have to wait until you can get your actual results, whether thru Pearson-Vue if your state permits it or thru your BON. No other way.
Best of luck to you.

Ok guys, I took my test yesterday, and I am going INSANE waiting for the results. How many people passed with 75 questions? Also, I had no math questions, which I see as a plus. My test was all priority, infection control, and drugs, with probably 4 SATA. How many people failed with 75 questions? What kind of questions did you get?
