Just try and relax until you get your results. You may think you failed when you actually passed. Almost everyone i know says they walk out afterwards feeling as though they failed and then they end up passing! Don't be so hard on yourself for not knowing the meds, no one knows all the meds we have to give and thats understandable. Just do some things to stay busy and keep your mind off the test until you get the results. Good luck, and hopefully you are wrong and you did wonderful!!

There is really no way of telling if you passed or failed by comparing your test questions and amount of questions to other people. Just try to relax and do some things to take your mind off of the test... stay busy!! I dont know if this is true or not but i have also heard that it is a good thing when you dont have calculations because they are considered easier questions. I am sorry to hear about all your stress and your neice and aunts condition. I hope everything goes well for them. About suzanne's plan it sounds like you have read the stickies and are still a little confused. So the 15 posts mean that you have to respond to 15 of these post (like i am doing now) and after you have completed 15 you can then contact suzanne by pm but not until 15 pms are reached. The book that is used for her plan is the Saunders book, the newest edition depending if you are going for your rn or lpn. I hope this helps and good luck!

I dont think i could wait 2-4 wks to find out my results, so i definitely feel for you. There is no telling yet if you passed of failed so just try to relax and do some things to stay busy and take your mind off the test. You did say you had the questions narrowed down to 2 so maybe you choose the right 1 out of 2 for most of the questions! I sure hope so! I wouldn't feel too bad just yet because most people say they walk out after the test thinking that they failed and many times those people pass who were positive they must have failed. Its not a stupid question... I understand exactly I am so stressed and nervous about taking the NCLEX. I can only imagine how bad its going to be waiting for the results. How do you think you did? Most people walk out afterwards saying that they don't know if they passed or failed because it could have went either way! That is what scares me, that the questions are so hard and there really is no way to know how you answered them. Try to relax even though its going to be hard.... I havent taken the NCLEX yet but am currently trying suzanne's plan to prepare myself for the test. Have you tried her plan yet? It may be helpful for you because everything I have heard about it is very postive.

I believe you will be advised on each question what place to round to. Most people I have talked to that had these type of questions said that they were asked to round to the nearest tenth space. Good luck!

Even if someone did get the same amount of questions as you, the amount of questions does not determine if you passed or failed. Basically, you have to wait for the results because there is no telling before hand.

I haven't taken my nclex yet so i am not really sure what that means, but i would try to relax for now because there is no telling if you failed of passed just by the amount of questions you had so you just have to sit and wait. I know you can check the website to see if you have a license number about two days after your test if you passed and thats how you know soon if you have passed. However, if you check the website and there is no license number there after a few days (meanin you probably failed) how long to you have to wait before you know for sure that you failed?? They send you a letter by mail right?

Well good luck! i am also just starting suzanne's plan and am trying to stay motivated and get studying done everyday. Do you know what you have to have in all 8 catagories to pass the nlcex? Is it above passing in all or can you have a mixture or above and near passing and still pass the nclex?

I am not sure on about your first question because i have not taken the nclex yet, still waiting for my first time. I would assume you would have to be above or near in every catagory but that is just a guess... i am interested to see the answer to this question also. As for what to do differently this time, have you thought about doing suzanne's plan. I just started and its gonna be a lot of work but i am willing to do anything to pass this test and get all this stress off my shoulders!

The number of questions you answer before your computer shuts off does not determine wheter or not you passed or failed. It also doesnt matter if the last question you answered was right or wrong it just depends on all the total questions at that point. You could get the last answer wrong before the computer shuts off and still pass the nclex.

The amount of questions does not determine wheter or not you passed the nclex. Some people pass with 75 questions while others fail. As others pass with 265 qusetions while others fail. There is really no way to know until you get your results back!
