I had questions about what ppe you would wear in rooms with certain diseases like tb or aids....also what pts should room together and a few questions about positive and negative pressure ventilation in rooms

Ok so I failed nclex pn for the second time. I'm trying to stay focused and positive and know that its not over yet. I want to take nclex again as soon as I can and study study till I can. Does anyone know how long I have to wait until I can test again. I'm not sure if it is 45 days or 90 days.

Well I took nclex pn in november and I failed. I didn't prepare like I should have. I finally got my results in the mail today after having troubles with getting them. Everyone knows how it is graded so i don't have to explain that but out of the 8 secions that you have to pass I was near or above passing standard in 7 of them and below in one only so I am hoping that I am not too far off and that the second time I test will be a success. I am just now starting suzannes plan and I hope it works for me. I need all the encouragement I can get! Thanks everyone.

good luck, I don't have an exact date yet but I will be taking nclex for the second time soon also and I'm praying I pass this time. Good luck, stay calm and just remember that you know the material and You will do fine!

Thank you so much for your response. I will call the state board of nursing and make sure I get one. I figured I should have got something with a breakdown of how I did. I plan to retest in feb.

I recently took nclex in November 08 and failed. It is time for me to re register and retake the nclex but i am confused. I am reading over the application for re-write and it says I should have received results in the mail after failing the nclex the first time and I did't. Can anyone tell me If I should have reveived something in the mail after failing nclex and how i get them cause it would be nice to know my weak areas or how close i was to passing. Thanks.
