Is anyone planning on applying for the Spring 2019 semester (due October 1-31)? The new applications are up!

Hopefully we all will be celebrating an acceptance in the next few months. Good luck to all!

@Codedayluong

I have 85 points and have not gotten an acceptance email.

I'm sure they will be sending out more notices =)

Congrats to everyone who got an acceptance! Best of luck to ya!

Those of you who had to send in your acceptance yesterday, what did you decide?

They seem to be doing things very different this year than in past years, starting with the fact that they sent out acceptances so quickly. I'm not sure what to make of it. If anyone has any news, please enlighten us all!

Congrats to the people that got accepted. I got an email on Tuesday that I'm an alternate. They didn't give a number though so I'm not sure how many alternates they have.

Last semester I was an alternate and didn't get in. I was notified with the second or third wave of alternates. I'm guessing you're pretty high up sine you were notified on the same day as the acceptances.

Do you know how many alternates they usually have?

I've been accepted to Moorpark college and the posts from other threads about PCC's nursing program is a little concerning. PCC is closer to where I live though so I might still just go to PCC if I get accepted.

I haven't heard anything yet, so probably not. I could still make the alternate list but I am not hopeful at this point.

I got my acceptance email a couple of days ago :)

Is there a fb group for this cohort?

Congratulations, Ichang14. What day did you hear back?

Thanks =). I got the email Friday morning. The letter was dated 11/27 and shows that it was a Resend 11/30. Don't know why that is.

Where did you find these stats? The numbers are definitely wrong for PCC.

What do you mean?

What do you mean?

Oops, sorry. That was supposed to be in response to another comment about the pass rate at PCC. The numbers that were posted made it look like the retention and program pass rate were high. Last year almost 20 students failed 3rd semester.
