has anyone applied to pasadena's rn program for fall 2013? has anyone been accepted into east pasadena's rn program? if so what was your pre-reqs grades? mines aren't all that great that's why i am so worried i will not get in because my pre-reqs gpa is only 2.79...do i even have a chance at getting in? please advise...so stressed out im not a bad student... i just don't have the time to study like im supposed to...i am a working full time single mother with two children and couldn't dedicate my time to so much studying...i was lucky if i even got 10 hours of studying a week
Hey, yeah I did. I just submitted my acceptance letter to them. Since I'm an alternate at Pcc, it's not a guarantee that I'm going to get in so I'm goin to take pierce. I don't want to wait for Pcc and then end up not getting anything if Pcc ends up not taking me lol. I do know people who dropped out from pierce but I also know people who graduated from there. And i alsp know people who dropped out from pcc also. Honestly, nursig program is going to be challenging anywhere, not just at pierce. I really think it depends on the person. What are you going to do?
I agree with you, it happens at all schools. I sent in my acceptance to Pierce as well.
If anybody is still trying to get in to start for fall 2013 and willing to move to Texas, Baptist Health Systems School of Nursing accepts applications until May 15th I believe and they'll notify 2 weeks from the app deadline if you're in. I know because I also applied there as a backup. They have a pretty sweet simulation lab from the website.
...I figure since we're all talking about different schools now on the PCC thread, why not? Lol
