Hey guys, I just turned in my application for PCC today and I wanted to start a thread to see who else applied. Share stats, questions, etc... on here :)
In reply to Steph17 and Patty22:What are the pros and cons of waiting for Pasadena to accept you or of just going to MSMU?
If it was me, I'd go for the sure thing unless I had reasons not to (tuition, program length, distance from home, etc.).
I'm an alternate for PCC as well.

TO Be honest the only thing that makes me feel this way is the price of the program. Saint Mary will end up being about 60,000 with BSN INCLUDED and pcc is way less
Did you order another transcript to be sent to PCC? Because I didn't.
With my application I sent a printout as they required. With my acceptance response, I paid for and sent the scores electronically through the ATI website. So I only paid for the transcript once.
I still haven't received the welcome packet email, and they gave no indication of when I should expect it. I've been checking my email hourly.

I've been checking my email constantly too since the deadline was yesterday. I paid my for my transcript to be sent to PCC when I applied to the program as well printed my score out. I know that schools have access on their accounts for any received transcripts. It's apparently on their account permanently when I contacted ATI.
Does anyone plan on working throughout the program? If so, how many hours / how often? Since I can't register yet I have no idea if I'll be able to keep my current job, or even be able to find a job to fit around my school schedule.
I'm planning to work throughout the program. I'm aiming for at least 20 hrs or less for part time or per diem. I know they have student worker jobs for nursing students.
