Parkland Residency Winter 2016

Hi all, I wanted to start a thread for those who have applied to the Parkland new grad residencies starting in January/February 2016. So far they have posted positions for L&D, NICU, ER, and med-surg. Feel free to share any progress on interviews, ask questions, etc.

I received the forwarded email for L&D too. Praying that we all get a chance to interview! My heart is set in L&D at Parkland and hope to receive a phone call soon. Keep us updated everyone!

Hi everyone!!! I have also just gotten emails saying that my application is being reviewed against the minimum requirements. I want to get into the ED. I wish everyone the best, and thanks for starting this thread.

Anyone have an idea of the timeline for L&D? I also received the forwarded email but not sure how long they are taking to review applications.

Hi guys...I am new to this forum. I have applied for some positions at parkland ICU/ER/LnD Feb 2016. Some of them have been forwarded to hiring manager, but i haven't heard anything yet regarding interview. Is there any of you who has been offered an interview? Was that from Email or phone call? It was very unfortunate that i lost my phone several days ago and just got my phone activated this morning. I dont know whether or not i have missed a call for set up interview from them. =(

I haven't been contacted either, but my application had been under review since mid Oct. And I just call them, and they said the Hiring Manager will be interviewing until the end of Dec. So cross fingers! Hope for the best!!

Ok just a quick update. Just got an interview invite from parkland labor and delivery. Maybe they are beginning that process finally!
