Hey guys! Just wanted to start this thread for everyone who has applied to Parkland or who is thinking of applying! ?

I applied to their critical care nurse internship as well as their critical care nurse residency.

The internship questions were very simple and close to the type of questions asked for the short answer responses, they were so nice. Can I ask what day your interview is on? I don't think they're gonna give offers until they've done them all

Awesome! Thanks for the feedback, I always get nervous for interviews because I hate not knowing what they’re going to ask LOL. My interview is tomorrow!

LOL no I definitely understand that I was a bit anxious too but it's not bad at all! Good luck and let me know how it goes!

Yes I am. I’ve worked at parkland since 2018. Started as a tech and am now doing my residency. I personally love parkland and the population we provide care to. In terms of starting residency pay it slightly less than other hospitals. However the experience and the education we acquire is amazing. The program layout is very supportive for new grads. Happy to answer any questions I can.

Nah I haven’t. I applied the first week in February and my app status hasn’t changed or anything. Feeling a little disappointed:(
