Parkland NICU or L&D resident summer 2013 applicants

I thought we should start a new tread so we could stay up to date on any news regarding Parkland. I only applied to NICU and L&D nurse resident positions and graduate in May from UTA. I'm still praying Parkland calls!! ;)

People should be hearing back from the ER by 5/3 Friday so I was told.

I took my résumé, letters of recommendation and my CPR card. They said by Friday may 2nd I should hear something.

Just had my SICU interview. I think it went pretty well. We should hear back later this week or next.

Had my ER Residency interview this morning... It was nerve-racking, but that is the norm for me with any sort of interview. Has anyone out there received an offer from ER? I am curious as to whether they are waiting til Friday, or if they are sprinkling in some "You're Hired!" statements along the way!? Does anyone else have an interview for the ER Residency this Tuesday or Wednesday? I thought I heard someone say they were done today... And the wait begins.... Good luck to all!

Did they tell you they would email you? I figured they would have called, but I guess since there are so many, maybe not...???

All my communication with Parkland has been via email, except AFTER they emailed me an offer for L&D the recruiter called me.

For those who interviewed, how long was your interview? Approximately 30 minutes or so?

Hi all! I am new to the thread. I just moved here from Alabama and applied to the NICU/NNICU positions. I received the you meet min qualifications email last week, has any one heard anything else from the NICU?

@hardworkinmama - when did they email you, like what time the next day?

This waiting game sucks lol and we still have the rest of the week!! Hope we all hear back soon. Good luck to everyone that's interviewing today :)
