Parkland NICU or L&D resident summer 2013 applicants

I thought we should start a new tread so we could stay up to date on any news regarding Parkland. I only applied to NICU and L&D nurse resident positions and graduate in May from UTA. I'm still praying Parkland calls!!

@meraki86 When I received the L&D offer they emailed me at 9am. I've only communicated with them via email. Never a phone call from the recruiter in my case.

I had my interview with SICU this morning! ER yesterday.... Now it's out of my hands!! I hope to hear back soon!! I have a hard time sitting around doing nothing but waiting :-/

Me too! They asked me a question and my mind went blank! But other than that I think it went ok. I didn't ask when I'd hear back :-/ I was just so happy to have survived! For the ER they said we should know by Friday....

I had my interview with them for ER on Monday. They told me we'd know by Friday. I work at Children's but am really drawn to the ER. I haven't been offered any positions w/ Children's yet, so I'm not sure what will happen.

I just got an ER offer! But I'm turning it down & accepting L&D instead.
