Hello! thought I'd start a thread for those of us applying to Parkland ?

That's what is super confusing...I graduate December 2020 and applied for Winter 2021 because that is what I saw listed. Not sure exactly when that cohort start date is though. 

I graduate December 2020 also but I applied to both LOL it makes no sense. I wish they’d put the start dates on there like all the other hospitals did.

So Winter 2020 start date is February 2020. Winter 2021 start date is February 2021!

Winter is January/ February start. Summer is July start. Fall is October Start.

One thing I did notice in older Parkland threads and my clinical instructor also mentioned that Parkland hiring process is looong so try not to get discouraged or let the wait overwhelm you. We are gonna get there!

Yes. Winter 2020 residency is January/February 2020 start date. In other words Winter 2020 was at the beginning of this year! We’re applying for Winter 2021 which starts February 2021. Does that make better sense? Sorry it can be confusing!

I wonder why they have it open then? Cause I applied to those and my application went under review LOL so I wonder when they’d expect me to start? If I get it?
