Yay! I’m so excited. Me as well

Have you all received your offers via email or phone call? Are you still pending an email offer?

No I haven't received a formal offer yet but they said it would be like last week or this week I think. Also join our facebook page if you've accepted an offer! https://www.facebook.com/groups/704868130408161/?ref=share

I did get the email offer today, later in the afternoon so she’s definitely working on them!

I have a question for anyone that was accepted to the OR residency. Did anyone ask or find out how much on call we will be responsible for?

Specializes in Mother/Baby.

Anyone else going to gyn/onc? ?

I finally received my rejection email. I sure wish they would have sent it sooner, especially since they never intended to give me a chance.

Congrats to all who received offers!

I am sorry you are disappointed. Saying "they never intended to give me a chance" overpersonalizes this. On paper, a new grad is a new grad is a new grad. The volume of applications any hospital in DFW gets is overwhelming. Think over 500 applications for 2 openings in NICU type of overwhelming. It isn't a personal decision. Nobody looked at your application and said "We will never give this one a chance!" Rejections are only sent out once all the contracts are signed, so that they can still interview and choose from remaining applicants if someone declines.

Hi! I have my ED interview tomorrow and I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice question wise??? ?

Any behavioral question make sure to state what you learned from and how it would pertain to working in the ER, know your weakness and how you are working to making it better, research about Parkland and what they do.

Hi! I finally got an interview with Med/Surg - Trauma/ General Surgery. Any tips for the interview.
