Palomar Health nurse residency fall 2019

Hi everyone! Haven’t seen a thread yet for the Palomar Health nurse residency for this fall/August 2019 cohort so just wanted to start one! Just thought we could inform each other on what we hear and such!

I read 43-48k somewhere but I'm not sure how accurate that is! Has anyone heard anything? Still nothing over here!

Stilll haven’t Hurd anything.. actually probly 42$/hr but we’ll see when we finally get the email lol

Per the Union agreement $42.09 per hour. Once your on your own and if working nights or variable shifts, you will receive an additional $2.75 for evening shift and $4.25 for night shift.

I received a phone call earlier today with an offer and asking me to accept a position from Lani in HR! The official offer letter came in my email just now!

nothing yet but after the interview we were told that all emails are sent at once so..... is it too early too assume I didn't get it?

Congrats! I know you've been waiting for this for awhile and worked very hard! Enjoy that new grad role and soak up all the info you can. ?

I think we will get a denial email if we didn’t get it.. maybe wait til the end of tomorow then start freaking out lol although I’m a little freaked out now I haven’t received anything...

I don't think we get an email if we didn't get it. Based off of what they said after the interview, we get alerted if we are being offered a position (either today, or sometime in the future if we become an alternate), but receive nothing if we are not. The woman said we can call HR if we want to confirm we are not being offered a position. I'm feeling pretty discouraged right now...I think we would have heard back today. Going to call HR in the morning to confirm ?

Have you check on ur application status? For me it only says I didn’t get one of the positions I applied too.. the rest are still under review.. let me know what HR says tomorow tho

Yeah I applied to every position, and 5 have changed. I only know 1 of the 5 requisition numbers and it was for a unit I didn't list as my "top three." Rest are still under review. I will post on here after I call HR!
