Hi everyone! Haven’t seen a thread yet for the Palomar Health nurse residency for this fall/August 2019 cohort so just wanted to start one! Just thought we could inform each other on what we hear and such!

Did they call you today?

Hello and congratulations!!! I graduate in December and will be applying to Palomar’s spring 2020 Nurse residency program. Would you mind telling me more about your application and interview process? I would also definitely love tips over how you landed the L&D spot! Thank you in advance!

Hi everyone! I wanted to know if you could give me a little advice on the hiring process for Palomar. I applied on November 19th and all but 2 of my applications still say “New.” The other 2 say “In Process,” but what does that mean? I’ve reached out to other forums and FB groups and everyone no ones status has changed from “New.” Im hoping that’s a good thing that my status has changed, but still so anxious because no one is hearing anything back and it’s been close to a month since applying.

Im hoping someone on this thread can give me advise. Thanks
