Pace University ABSN Fall 2021

Hi everyone, decided to start a thread for the Fall 2021 cohort since one wasn’t created yet. (Super early, I know LOL) I was accepted for Fall 2020 but decided to defer. Would love to connect with those who’ve applied/been accepted. 

Like as much as I would love to know right now, I know they are probably sorting through hundreds of applications and with the past snowstorms,  they're probably behind. I wouldn't think too much into it. Hopefully, we all have luck at pace or the other schools we applied to. Do not lose hope!

Congratulations!! Do you mind sharing your stats? Also considering Mount Sinai

Thanks! Sure thing - graduated from binghamton university 2016, majored in psych. Undergrad GPA was a 3.4, science GPA 3.65 and I was an EMT-B for 3 years so I think that helped my app. My pre-req grades range from B+ to A’s, with one C- in stats from 2013.

Looking at last years posts, it seems like acceptances went out for months after the deadline as far as July. So I think we have plenty of hope left so for those who are in the same boat, don't feel discouraged! And also, if this helps anyone at all, NYU and SUNY Downstate's deadline has been extended for fall admission (ABSN) .. I believe mount sinai as well for the fall.

I noticed the same thing! Definitely staying optimistic. Rutgers also extended their deadline to 2/15

to my understanding, applications werent considered completely finished until pace received all of the prereq grades? 

or at least that’s what it seemed like when I contacted my admissions counselor!

and have hope, guys!! they have rolling admissions right?

Me too! I did Email my admissions counselor last week and he answered today, which made me feel a little better.
