Hi everyone, decided to start a thread for the Fall 2021 cohort since one wasn’t created yet. (Super early, I know LOL) I was accepted for Fall 2020 but decided to defer. Would love to connect with those who’ve applied/been accepted.

I would say don't give up just yet. They give people 2 weeks to accept their seat. So probably mid to end march we should have a good idea.. even though this program may be our first choice a lot of people are waiting on others schools and that might change things.

Can I ask what were your stats?

I don't know just looking at previous message boards it seemed like people were being waitlisted, accepted off of the waitlist and then also accepted outright around the same time. I don't know. There were some really competitive applicants on the waitlist so it's possible they wanted to accept them sooner rather than later. I'm really hoping they just haven't gotten to mine yet, I submitted 2/1

Congratulations!! Do you mind sharing your stats?

By then most people who were accepted will have to make their deposits or give up their spots.. so don’t give up yet. Also even though pace is my top choice I been applying elsewhere to make sure I have other options in case I don’t get in.
This is definitely true, except March deadlines are one thing, but acceptances are another thing, so I would say unless you receive a rejection don't lose hope until June.

Thanks! I graduated from Umass Amherst 2015, majored in public health and my GPA was 3.4. I got a masters in public health from ISMMS and my GPA was 3.6. I took some prerequisites at BMCC and my grades for AP I was B+, AP II was A-, Microbio was B+, Biochem A, and Development Psych A. I work in the medical communication field currently so I think that help and I volunteered.

Wow congratulations! Why you were even waitlisted is beyond me! But that being said im just gonna go cry in a corner, there are very competitive applicants, and my 3.3 GPA is probably not going to budge. I refuse to lose hope completely though, if its not Pace it could be NYU..

It's not that great but I think I have strong lor's and a strong personal statement.
Hi everyone!
I applied to 7 accelerated programs and so far have been rejected from 3 of them and waiting to hear back from 4. I’m feeling pretty discouraged about this whole process and am hoping to share my stats so that someone can provide insight on how I might improve my application next time around if need be.
I graduated from an ivy league in 2018 with an abysmal GPA of 2.77. I retook my prereqs at a community college and got As in all of them with the exception of Nutrition, which I got a B+ in during undergrad, so I didn’t retake it. Since graduation I have been working at a cancer hospital (so almost 3 years now).
If I don’t get in with this round of applications, is there anything anyone would suggest I can do to make myself a stronger applicant? ?
Any thoughts appreciated..thanks

Hi everyone! I just received an email from pace that the review of my application has been completed and I was accepted after being waitlisted! Definitely wasn’t expecting to hear back so soon
