Pace University ABSN Fall 2021

Published

Hi everyone, decided to start a thread for the Fall 2021 cohort since one wasn’t created yet. (Super early, I know LOL) I was accepted for Fall 2020 but decided to defer. Would love to connect with those who’ve applied/been accepted.

No updates to my checklist yet! Not sure if that is a good or bad thing given admission is rolling...

Anyone submit on Feb 1 and hear back yet or had updates to their checklist?

Submitted jan 31, nothing yet!

Since there is not interviews this year, do you guys think they filled up their class already because they have been wait listing people?

Thanks guys! I guess it did mean something cause I heard back! Unfortunately, I was waitlisted. Pace isn’t my top choice but it definitely makes me nervous about my other applications. Good luck to everyone! I hope you all hear back soon

Could you please share you stats. I was just wondering if I had a shot at getting waitlisted

I was waitlisted and I applied a couple days before the due date. I'm hoping I am still able to get in

I had As in all the required pre requisites and my undergrad GPA was 3.7!

Congrats to everyone accepted and waitlisted! I got into Pace, but also to another school that’s cheaper (Phillips School of Nursing). So good news for people on the waitlist because there’s at least one spot opening up!

I have to assume that rejections haven’t gone out yet. It seems acceptances and waitlisted are all I am hearing about.
Congrats to everyone who is in, and those waitlisted do not lose hope!

if you're right, I guess I should prepare for a rejection... I applied Jan 18 and I haven't heard anything yet. I was nervous bc not sure if I had the strongest application (3.0 bachelors and 3.4 masters, all pre-reqs were A's). I guess I patiently need to wait . and cry LOL

I applied Feb 1 and am getting increasingly nervous. I have a 3.6 undergrad with a double major and a 3.7 in my pre-reqs and I currently work fulltime as a research analyst. I thought my stats were OK but seeing how most people have already gotten acceptances or waitlisted, I'm worried I applied too late.

I am not sure I am right. My optimism has me hoping for the best. I am nervous as well, my application is not strong, my bachelors in public health is 3.3 GPA, minor in sociology. My prereqs are not good and it just hurts my application all around. I had 3 letters of recommendation and my personal statement was OK. I just haven’t noticed any rejections, all though being rejected is tough, as much as you prepare for it, so maybe some just needed a break from this forum.  Good luck! Lets remain hopeful!
