Hey there! I am looking to apply this fall for the 2018 OU ABSN program. Any others find their way here yet?
I am still finishing up my first bachelor's degree but will be done in Dec. 2017. I was told that I can still apply in the fall.
I am expecting rejection or waitlisted due to the fact that I won't be finished with my degree, and my cumulative gpa is pretty rough. Hoping to have a 4.0 in last 60 and a 4.0 in Science with a pre-reqs completed to give myself a shot.
Well I just got word from angela Thomas, decisions will not go out until early December.
I hope this isn't the case!!! I've been going crazy wanting to know! I know the website specifically says the ABSN program decisions go out late November, so hopefully that is still the case. Maybe by saying "early December" she was just trying to stick to what it said online? Or maybe I'm just grasping at straws in order to make myself feel better about not knowing for another 15 days... :-)

I feel the same way. I was really expecting to know by Friday... I really don't want to drag this out any further!
Hey guys I currently go to Oklahoma State University and I'm finishing up my bachelor's next semester in Nutritional Sciences! My last 60 is a 3.5 and my science is a 3.4 so I'm hoping I might have a slight chance of getting in still! I applied to Tulsa and OKC.
Is it true we really won't be finding out until December? The last couple years they released decisions before thanksgiving break so I've been so anxious and eager checking my login!
I emailed Debbie from the Admissions Office and she said that she hasn't heard from the College of Nursing yet but she would expect to have a decision before Thanksgiving. She said that she isn't sure if that will still happen or not so just expect them "anytime now".

Thanks! I am really hoping Angela just gave me a broad timeframe so she doesn't get pestered haha. You sound like you have a great chance! Congrats on getting this far and good luck!

Same here girl... no change for me either. I'm really hoping by Wednesday, but not too confident.

I wonder if this means they'll be pushing the orientation back as well? I believe it was in early-to-mid December last year.
