Hey there! I am looking to apply this fall for the 2018 OU ABSN program. Any others find their way here yet?
I am still finishing up my first bachelor's degree but will be done in Dec. 2017. I was told that I can still apply in the fall.
I am expecting rejection or waitlisted due to the fact that I won't be finished with my degree, and my cumulative gpa is pretty rough. Hoping to have a 4.0 in last 60 and a 4.0 in Science with a pre-reqs completed to give myself a shot.
I'm nervous for those applying to the Lawton campus with a January start, especially if living arrangements need to be made. Growing more and more anxious. Hoping for a decision announced this week!
I totally agree. I can't imagine being a month out and not knowing! I only applied to Tulsa but still. that's rough for those people.
I agree. Its the only one I applied for because I live near Lawton. For those that need housing or ones with kids (like me) need time for arrangements. Also with Christmas around the corner and things closing for the holidays. I am hoping and praying this week they will let us know.
Have you tried emailing them? I feel like maybe if we're all asking and poking, maybe things will move on...
I don't want to be annoying. LOL!!! Last thing I want is to be annoying asking when results will be out and then they throw my application out (that's what runs in my head). I'll continue sweating bullets and waiting like everyone else. :) Then when results come out, if I get in. Run around like a crazy person preparing my family.
I'm trying to be patient, but it's like the last days of a pregnancy at this point. This nursing school baby HAS to be born, but we can't know exactly when, and because of that time is standing still. haha

Seriously, if it's not this week- preferably by Wednesday, I'm going to be so annoyed. I mean, I'm already annoyed lol. I feel really bad for you all that actually have a good shot
