Hey there! I am looking to apply this fall for the 2018 OU ABSN program. Any others find their way here yet?
I am still finishing up my first bachelor's degree but will be done in Dec. 2017. I was told that I can still apply in the fall.
I am expecting rejection or waitlisted due to the fact that I won't be finished with my degree, and my cumulative gpa is pretty rough. Hoping to have a 4.0 in last 60 and a 4.0 in Science with a pre-reqs completed to give myself a shot.
Would love to find others on this same journey!
I just checked and it says pending. I thought they won't be updating the status on the OU webpage but instead just sending emails?I really hope we hear tomorrow!
According to past years, those who have been accepted and applied to multiple programs have seen a change in their status right before getting an email. I think like the ones they were not accepted into were removed or something like that.
Fingers crossed for tomorrow. I'm stressing and checking my status multiple times a day, but at least we know it can't be much longer with Lawton starting in January.
I called on Friday and was told that the decisions were still with the committee and that Admissions hadn't received anything from them yet. She mentioned, "in the next week or two."
I am sure this is late to be asking, but when you look at the OUHSC supplemental application does it show ALL of your transcript grades? Mine shows the colleges attended with courses from OU listed, including planned classes ( I assume pulled from the OU student ID information), but no classes listed under the name of the other college. Were we supposed to send transcripts to OUHSC as well? If so, I am very confused about the purpose of the Nursing CAS. Anyone else's supplemental application look like this?
