You should plan on Monday-Friday 8-5, at least for OKC campus. The 8-5 bit varies slightly, but in general that's what you can expect. We've been told that in the final semester our schedule will vary according to the schedules of the nurses we follow for the leadership class, so we may have overnights or weekends at that point.

Has anyone made a FB group for OKC campus yet?

Still nothing here. When I emailed OUHSC they said orientation would be in April, but the website says March 30th, so...? Has anyone heard anything else?

Are you doing anything to prepare/distract yourself from the wait? I ordered a book about dosage calculations the other day because math isn't my strong suit and I saw it recommended somewhere on here.

It feels a little like purgatory, doesn't it? I'm so ready to start.

So, for those accepted to Lawton, what was orientation like? How soon do they expect you guys to be moved in and ready to start?

I saw those spring orientation dates and was so excited for a second. I know we have six months until we start but I'm dying to get everything lined out. It still doesn't feel real to me.

So has anyone started gathering info for orientation? I've been going down the list trying to get ahold of all of the verifications for titers, CPR certification, and the like, but I can't get uploads to submit. Maybe it's too early?
