Hi Everyone!
This is super early to talk about applying to nursing school for 2016, but it's always better to be well-prepared! Let's share some thoughts and help each other out!
I am re-applying to nursing schools as I did not get in last year, and planning to enroll to more courses for pre-reqs and to increase my GPA (I graduated with a B.A.)hopefully this year will be much better and with luck!!!!
I have a few universities in mind to apply -
Should I apply to more? Which one should I apply? I am super eager to enter the program and I failed once, failing twice is not allowed!
Feel Free to give me suggestions or ask questions! Here is a link I found online listing most of the second entry nursing programs.
Best wishes to everyone! Good Luck!

I was wondering if anyone has been getting emails from Mac at all? Before I got accepted to Trent, I was getting lots of emails from them (about tours, residence, etc.) but I haven't gotten a single email like that from McMaster. It kind of makes me worried that I'm missing something in my application, but it doesn't say on Mosaic. Is anyone else in the same boat?P.S. I just graduated from Mac in April so maybe that's why I don't get those emails, since I don't need tours and such?
I remember from the application process last year it was the same way, so I don't think it has to do with your application. Trent provided lots of info, more then any of the other programs I applied to (Western, U of T, Mac, Humber).
Hey guys, I have heard great things about UBC and humber, however for york I have not. I have 3 friends currently in the compressed program and app the placements are horrible and the program is quite disorganized. I have seen the facilities at york and they are very limited. I have applied and got accepted to both but i am going to Humber so one more spot for york will be available for whoever is interested.
hey guys!
thought i'd leave some info about york.
I personally believe york is much more of a reputable university and more recognized when you start applying to jobs.
You're also able to get extra time with labs during clinical which is helpful. i don't think its as disorganized as ppl think!

Hey @butter413! No problem. I ended up with a 77-78% average for my undergrad, and the CASPer was 1/3 of the total score to get an acceptance. I'm still leaning on UNB-Humber, so there might be a seat open from my side.
Good luck!
