Ontario Second Entry Nursing Fall 2020

Hey, I used to creep these forums for the past few years and they helped affirm my decision to apply to nursing school for Fall 2020. I didn't see one started for next year so I thought, why not start one?

I graduated a while back so I'm a bit older, but my top three choices are:

1. Queen's

2. McMaster

3. York

4. Humber-UNB

I got waitlisted last year and I had a 3.3. They said I just submitted my prereqs late, but just hope that it doesn't matter solely on your GPA

Hello,

I was wondering if December is a good time to apply? I know the applications opened up earlier, but I have been busy with school. The application deadlines are February 1st. I am going to order my transcripts next week for the other schools I have attended (such as Athabasca).

Additionally, my actual school is sending out grades mid January this year. I was concerned if this is enough time. I need my fall grades included. Should I just order a transcript without my fall grades and then will I be able to update afterwards?

Hey all! For mcmaster, do they have early acceptances if you wrote your casper and have all the requirements, transcripts etc. completed? Thank you!

Did anyone apply to UOttawa for may 2021 and notice there status change to accepted or waitlisted already even though the application closes Dec 1?

For those that applied to Nipissing, what did your grades for prerequisites look like (Anatomy/Psychology/Physiolgy)? Is there a minimum?

Hey guys, I don't really know how Queens' admission process is, but I was accepted yesterday! I just wanted to let everyone know that some universities start accepting really early, so be on the lookout!

Hey congrats! If you come to Queen's I'll see you in September! ? Hopefully your class won't be as online as we are this year!
