3. do they require campus visits

thanks

I am starting this fall at George Washington University in their adult health nurse practitioner program. There is a couple sessions that I will need to attend. I am going full time so this will mean one or two trips next summer to DC. Full time is 20 months start to finish. They offer full time and part time options as well as adult health and family. It is about $500 a credit.

Seton Hall University also has NP programs that require 3 weekend trips in the 3 threes years. It is part time. The cost is about $750 a credit.

St. Louis University has a one week on campus requirement with adult health and famiy practice concentrations and is nearly $900 a credit. They also offer full time and part time options as well as CNS options and combination CNS and NP degrees.

There is the University of Alamba, but I'm not real sure about their program. I think there are others, but these are the 3 main ones that I looked at.

Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing is 385 p/c and requires 3 trips to campus if in the Bridge or 2 if in the regular program. The first visit is really an orientation and the second is a more intense clinical type visit.

I think there are tons of schools offering education on-line but they can get very pricey:uhoh3:

Good luck

FNP - CSU Dominguez Hills - $339 p/c - x3 per semester campus visits.

FNP - Indiana State University - $294/pc plus distance ed fees (about $50 per course) - no campus visits required.

NP (many different specialities) - University of South Alabama - $335 p/c. I don't think there are any on campus requirements with this one either.
