Good Morning,
I to graduated in may of 05 and still trying to pass my Nclex,I think I get my self so worked up when I go to take the exam I blank right out like I dont know anything,Stay calm and relax thats what they tell me,so next time around Ill make it which is coming right up,you know youur stuff or you wouldnt be here.Best of luck to you,Youll make it
The very best review I found was cheap, easy to get to and mimicked the NCLEX so closely that when I finally took the real test I was bored. And I passed--minimum number of questions, 45 minutes.
If nothing else, this will let you know where you need to learn a bit more to become a safe nurse. Remember that's all the NCLEX is designed to do: to assure your licensing board that you are safe. Nothing more.
The one I used is about $43, downloadable, unlimited uses for 30 days. It is superb.
It is called the Mosby CAT. http://www3.us.elsevierhealth.com/CAT/
You can get it on CD but there is a built in timer that kills it off in 30 days, it costs the same plus shipping, and you have to wait for it to arrive. Best to get the online one. You download it and you don't have to be connected to the internet to use it.
Good luck to all of you.

Hi everyone. I just stumbled upon this site today. It seems like it will be very useful and a relief in the future. I graduated nursing school last May (2005) and still have not passed the NCLEX! I have taken it twice already and am about to take it again at the end of the month . . . it has been a long road for me. The first time I took it, it shut off at 265, and the second time 75 (guess I did worse the 2nd time around). So I have experienced both extremes. I have been doing many review ?s, and hope to be well prepared for my next exam. Even though I have taken it twice already I still get very anxious just thinking about it. I almost think the anxiety is what is messing me up when I do take it. I just want to get through this and get on with my life . . . I can't wait to be a nurse! So I am never going to give up, I am just going to keep taking it 'til I do pass. I didn't go to nursing school for 4 years to give up. I am praying that I pass it this time!
