  1. Thanks to all. Faith
  2. Please accept my deepest apology for all typo's and improper grammar. I would like to clarify on the chest tube incident. In report the previous nurse stated that Mr. X was having S.O.B around 4:30 am and she didn't understand why. Pt experienced increase respirations and B/P. During my A.M assessment, I noticed the patient left side chest tube dislodged and lying inside of his BM. Pt was in respiratory distress. Further assessment revealed his cordis removed with blood saturating his sheets. Pt restrained with no evidence of proper documentation regarding restraints. The statement regarding team work````````` I'm only having problems with three RN that I receive or give report to. After report they go or I go home no other contact is made. I work very well with my team throughout the day. No one on my team has ever made any reports or comment about my role as a team member. Faith
  3. During report the nurse stated Mr. x was very agitated around 4:30am. B/P increased with resp distress. She never told me she assessed the patient to find the problem. During my 7:30am assessment I noticed Mr. X chest tubes was lying inside of his bowel movement with distress. I immediately notified the MD. about the chest tube and Cordis (blood had saturated the sheets)

I had to speak to my storm every day and tell that storm it had to move. Keep your head up and prayers up!!! God is Good and able to help you. The devil tries to get a hold on us but Jesus reaches out and grabs us right on time. Job says he may not come when you want he but he will be there right on time. 11. Hello how everyone doing? Good Luck AMYD AND ELIZA!!!! PRAY PRAY PRAY BEFORE ANSWERING ONE QUESTIONS. GOD BLESS, FAITH
  12. Amy the most important thing is for you to understand the questions. I was told to do 100 questions a day. The problem was I didn't understand some of the material. What good is 100 questions if you don't have the knowledge to answer them. I did Suzanne program and only did around 400 questions on the CD and the rest came from my book (Saunders comprehensive). I did only the area I was weak in. I also sign up for the NCSBN online course for three weeks. It helped as well. Do what you feel comfortable in. Just try your darnest to follow Suzanne program it truly helped me passed my second time around. Faith RN
