What, if anything did you successful test takers do to prepare? I am already going on a much needed date with my husband tonight, and after that I'm not studying, I will use the day of (29th at 2) to review study tips.
My attitude is I'm not going to know everything, but the study tips and tricks will help at least.
I'm going crazy, can you tell!!!! Thanks for any advice, tips or tricks you guys. I will post tomorrow how it went and then the 30th I find out my results!

I was told by someone who took the Kaplan class to watch an old movie before you go to sleep or while you are falling asleep...supposed to trigger memory...I watched Terms of Endearment (seen probably a million times) and fell asleep just over half way through and woke up the last 10 minutes of it and went to bed)....took NCLEX at 1400, 75 Q's did PVT and got the good pop up! Won't know if the PVT is correct until the MNBON posts my license #.
I say relax the last day before....I briefly looked at some infection mnemonics and that was it. Eat a decent meal/snack before you test (something that will stick for a while) and go in confident!
Cheers & good Luck!
Just realized this was yesterday and you took your exam too! Congrats on Good pop up!!!!
i did kaplan and really think it helped a lot! they have a qbank with like 1300 questions and 7 practice tests that work up to 265 questions. i think they pretty much teach you how to answer the questions when you dont know what the heck the disease or drug is. it really helped me....i got 75 questions and the good pop up, so im hoping that i do pass. i feel really good about it and feel like a million pounds have been lifted off my chest. i did a total of 4000 practice questions and i feel like that helped the most. the best thing to do is to stay positive and prepare yourself well!

Are you using something like Kaplan or Hurst? I used Kaplan and I highly recommend that.
