I also like the Firm series tapes... {my favorite*Cathe* intensity series (cathe.com)} , buns of steel series, taebo, denise austin & jane fonda.
For many of the tapes, you can do the low impact, and gradually add weights to your work-out as your fitness level improves.
I've been excersising for 8ys faithfully and never get bored rotating my work-outs.
Check out collage video http://www.collagevideo.com I think. They have user ratings, comments, detailed descriptions, all kinds of wonderful stuff on a massive variety of workout videos including taebo, yoga, maternity, elderly, all levels of intensity and experience. Seriously, it's the only place I look for exercise videos. They also have dvd's.

I'm in very sad aerobic shape. Any suggestions for a good beginner's workout tape? One that I wouldn't feel too ridiculous doing? Any suggestions are appreciated!
