NYU New Grad Residency Spring 2020

Hey guys! I haven't seen a thread for this yet so I thought this would be helpful to keep each other updated. Have any of you heard anything about the program yet?

I called and apparently the residency is on hold because of everything so they may or may not be having it but they will let us know when they decide:(

This is sad. I'm sure NYU is hiring new graduates. They're just not posting these jobs online

Dont lose hope guys! They are still hiring. I had a screening with the recruiter and I’m sure it will be coming your way.

Was it for the 2020 residency? And have you already passed your NCLEX?

Yes, its for 2020 residency & I am graduating in May 2020. And no I have not taken the NCLEX yet, but I will in a few weeks post graduation.

Thanks for your info! Did your application status change from "successfully submitted" to "under review" a while ago? Mine still says submitted, wondering if they've already selected the candidates they plan to interview

Yes, mine was changed to “under review“ a while back, atleast a couple weeks!

Hey! Did you get a screening interview as well? They asked basic questions like why NYU and resume specific questions. It was brief, less than 15min
