I applied to the Spring 2020 residency in July, but I graduated in August!

Hi!! The Spring 2021 New Grad posting went up recently and I’m going to apply. Just wondering where in the application process do they ask for references? In the original application or later in the process if you get interviews?

After your interview. Usually a good sign that you will be offered the position.

I know this thread is 2 years old but does anyone have any information on NYU’s New Grad Residency?  I had 3 interviews; my last interview was with the hiring manager of ICU resource team. I would like to know what’s your opinion on the new grad residency and if you felt like your training was adequate for success. 
I’m applying for ICU Float
