I have noticed there isn't a thread for those applying for NYU Accelerated Nursing Fall 2014. Let's share feedback, advice, stats, etc... I went to an open house today at NYU. They really do stress that since there is no interview, the personal statement is our chance to prove ourselves. They also said they get about 1,000 applicants and a Fall entrance class usually have about 150 students in it.
kd have you tried logging in using a different browser? That is weird that you keep getting that message. I get it every once in a while but it usually let me in if I keep trying....Thanks for the info brit! Hopefully we all hear soon! @Petunia, yea that could be right, I have no idea.. but it sounds like we will hear on or after the 15th =)

@green I also thought about it that way, but it didn't make sense as to why people would call after they had received a decision in writing, unless of course they wanted to find out more info on why they were denied. But I am glad Brit called and confirmed that decisions would not be sent out April 1st, but instead April 15th.
hey, I am actually applying for the RN-BSN program but I emailed admissions and they confused my question and said that decisions for the 2nd bachelor's were going out from april 15th thru june 15th. Hopefully, mine is the same because I am tired of waiting. June 15th is a little late.
just found out I got in this morning! not that surprisedd since my school (skidmore college) has an articulation agreement with NYU so I just had to take certain classes here and keep a 3.0 gpa
@ kdacayo Thanks!! I was accepted into Binghamton back in Jan and it is much cheaper so I am 99% going there .. but feels good to get in anyway! Hopefully one of you gets my spot :) good luck!
Since they decided to tell me on March 27 that they were missing one of my transcripts, I guess I should just try to be patient for a little longer, ha.
The Fall '13 thread said something about decisions being sent out on Tuesdays and Thursdays. So, maybe more will go out tomorrow.
