Hello,
I have noticed there isn't a thread for those applying for NYU Accelerated Nursing Fall 2014. Let's share feedback, advice, stats, etc... I went to an open house today at NYU. They really do stress that since there is no interview, the personal statement is our chance to prove ourselves. They also said they get about 1,000 applicants and a Fall entrance class usually have about 150 students in it.
What part of the application process are you in?
How is the personal statement going?
How many pre-reqs do you have left?
Have any of you heard back from other schools, or is this the only school you guys applied to? If I get in, I'm not 100% sure I'll attend due to the cost of the program. Not sure if I really want to go that much into debt for a second undergrad degree...but it is a great school, and it would be awesome to relocate so idk...

I got accepted into LIU's accelerated program. I'm still waiting from NYU and Pace. NYU is definitely my last choice because it's significantly much more expensive than the other two I applied for. I already have 20k in loans from my undergrad and I don't want to accumulate any more!
Hi everyone! Just wondering if everyone's checklist is checked off in the Albert portal? All of my transcripts are still unchecked Hoping I'm not the only one...I submitted on March 1 I believe.
Also, congrats for people who got in! Just wondering if you checked on your portal, or if they sent you a letter in the mail? Dying here! Can't wait to hear back!!!!
