Hello everyone! I made this thread in order to find everyone is also also planning on applying NYU accelerated nursing program. The application for the spring opens on October 1st and I am so excited! :)

Hi guys. I just submitted the application for the priority deadline. I was expected to pay $70 application fee but I didn't get charged. Instead, once I clicked "submit," it went through without paying. Did any of you guys have to pay?
You suppose to write a check and mail it directly to them. I had the same question. The address to mail the check is the same for the transcripts etc.

oh wow. that's so inconvenient... didn't expect that from nyu. hmm do you know if my application will still be considered for priority admission?
From what I understand, what is considered as priority is all the required materials before the deadline...Honestly, I don't even know if applying before it will help my chances. I heard mixed reviews/comments about applying before the priority deadline...

So if it says regular decision in your checklist that means it is not priority? I applied by September and have no idea why does it say regular decision...
What does it say on your albert account?
Same here. I applied at the end of August. I read other forums and they said that they don't have a "Priority Tag" so they put "Regular Decision".
I didn't get my albert account info yet. I submitted on October 1.
You should be getting your albert account info in roughly 3 weeks. That's how long it took me when all of my materials were received. I might be wrong because this is the time of the year when they receive a lot of applications...
Yeah mine took long too,& even phone calls didn't give any result, just patience...which I definitely lack.. I stress over every little thing & I have no idea how I came this far with schooling;) it gives me hope not to give up in future..
I think we'll start knowing by mid/late November. Since you got your Albert login as well, are you able to check the "Application Status"? I was able to do it earlier today but when I logged on, I can't click the "Application Status" link. Not sure if it's just a small error I need to contact IT for or not...
One day I had few errors logging in when it said to contact administrator, but I'm assuming it was just a system error on their side, because next day it worked...
do you guys know if nyu is good with scholarships for absn? (not loans) it's like 80k tuition alone..
Yeah, I called the day I had an error but later on it was fixed
