I just did it in my physician's office, you can do it in cvs or smth by any nurse practitioner, but I just got blood drawn for every titer and then got form filled by physician.. It took me a week... You can also fax the form to your doctor and ask him send it back to you...

Hey, isn't your California insurance covering you all over US? Otherwise you actually automatically added to basic plan as you enrolled to NYU, but if you have private insurance you have a choice to manually waive your NYU plan (which is 1300$ till about August 2014+2200$ for another whole academic year from fall2014).. You do it all online, but if you want school plan you don't have to do anything, just make sure you send them health clearance forms (I'm sure your personal dr can fax your history to you or your NY dr) ASAP and also make sure you accept the offer ASAP to move forward since dec20-jan1st all NYU offices are closed.. Yeah still waiting for my schedule 1 more week... but got one set of nursing uniform while was around but the material is worse than college of dentistry or medicine grr I wonder if they allow no name printed gel scrubs

Where do you find uniform guidelines for nyu nursing?

People were picking classes in November already, the later u get in the later u do it that's all.. but yeah it isn't fun to stay not knowing.. but I tht you didn't like the school after visit anyway?

you have pretty high gpa.. mine was 4.0 on 50 credits of prereqs and around 3.6 on bachel degree..

First, it is never a bad idea to contact NYU anyway, you get better answers. One of the letters said that accelerated students shouldn't try to attempt to check "transfer credit" portal. Have no idea what that meant but mine is also empty.

Ok now another question which building ( what exact address) is nursing/science building is located at? Are the lectures & simulation labs going to be at the same location, it is strange but I still haven't visited the actual location for NYU.. just info session which I doubt it where the lectures will be held... Can anybody please tell so I know where to commute...
