NYU ABSN FAll 2021

Hey, this is super duper early but I figured we could get some questions, fears, or concerns talked through until March 1, 2021, for priority or April 1, 2021, for the regular decision to NYU's ABSN 15 month program for non-nurses. Please don't be afraid, Please share stats if you are comfortable doing so. It really does help cohorts after us figure out strengths and weaknesses to be better applicants. Hey, after all, It's all about helping each other out at the end of the day, right! Don't be shy, talk about where you're from and things you may be worried about for the application process. As well as other schools you might be applying for!

@ADfutureNP my checklist has been gone for a few weeks now, and I turned my app in toward the deadline, about march 15th. fingers crossed for everyone today! I know I'm a ball of nerves myself waiting for 2 PM LOL ?

I think rolling basis is a lie. I know people who were accepted earlier than others but had submitted way later

Congrats everyone I just called admissions and I was told that I won’t get a decision until the next 2 weeks or by first the week of June.

Weird? How does your portal look and was that specific to you or all of us?

Did you apply for the accelerated or traditional transfer?

Mine is the same as well. Nothing has changed. Congratulations to everyone whos day was today!

Don’t lose hope!! The financial aid is in the Albert portal

I just went to Albert portal and it brings me to an accepted student portal. Very confused don’t want to get my hopes up but it allows me to click a button to accept? is this what accepted people saw. (confused because no tuition info etc)

And Albert is the same portal they gave us access to right? Or is that a different portal?

@nunii It's a different portal,  I just found it by googling "NYU Albert Portal"

My checklist disappeared around mid-March but have not heard anything yet.  I checked Albert now, thanks for that tip, had no idea you could also check there! This is tooooooo much, hopefully we hear something today.
