I am looking into applying for the NYU ABSN Fall 2016 program. I was wondering if anyone had any helpful tips and thoughts on what I should know when applying for the program.

Specializes in Operating nurse /CTICU Nurse.

I called yesterday to ask about that and they said our award packages should be up at the end of the month!

Hi I was also accepted this past Thursday! Financial aid info was not available so I called and they said it would be up by the end of this coming week.

My friend did the program last fall and her classes started mid-end September. I know that she starts again on the 19th so we're probably around then as well

Hello!

I also got an acceptance letter from NYU for the fall 2016 cohort:)

I was born and raised in CA (Bay Area) and NYU would be an out of state for me.

Is anyone else considering NYU from out of state? Any advice or insight about the school or program would be great before I make my final decision.

Also, does anyone know the size of the fall absn cohort?

Hi! ABSN classes begin on 9/19, according to admissions- I just called to double check when I saw a post stated 9/2. We don't have to report to class or clinicals before 9/19. Our orientation day will be on 9/14 and the first newly admitted student day on campus is at the end of April. Admissions will be emailing us this week with an exact date! I'm soooo so so excited to be starting this program and to meet you all soon!

PS- I could not find the facebook group when I searched. Does anyone know why that may be?
