Hello , Everyone I'm a third semester student at Northern Virginia Community College and I know this is a bit early to be inquiring about nursing school but I just would like to get a head start on getting to know everyone interested in applying! I'm excited for the upcoming semester! i have some ice breakers to get this conversation started as well. Has anyone taken the TEAS test yet and if so how was your experience? and also do you have any remaining classes to take before applying.

Orientation is May 19 FYI

When I was in last month to drop off some paperwork that was missing they told me in person.

Man, I really hope not! We’re supposed to be out of town that day and will have to cut our vacation 2 days short.

I called and they moved it to July 22! Which is good because I don’t have to come back from vacation early but bad because we won’t know our schedules til then at the earliest for fall childcare.

Is it one orientation will be held? Why is it pushed so far back? I am so sorry asking you all these dumb questions. I am a nervous wreck ?.

If they are smart, they will offer more than 1 date. I wasn't going to be able to attend the may 20th one but at this point I have a feeling something is challenging them to make decisions as planned! It's late to notify applicants in the normal college-process of decision making. which is why they had to move the May orientation. Crazy.

Do all the acceptances go out at the same time or over a period of time ? Like acceptances go out Monday then rejections Tuesday
