I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

Any good news from NVC? from case completion to case sent to Consulate ,how long does it take? everynight , I go to the visa appointment sched and encode my MNLXXXX number, it is almost like a vigil:rolleyes: I hope all of us will be in the next batch:wink2:

No news yet from NVC, I guess we won't be getting any updates from them until October when they send the documents to the embassy. As of now we just wait and hope...anywaqy as soon as I get an update I'll post it here.

When retrogression sets in, your papers will lie dormant until such time your priority date (PD), the date you find in your notice of receipt, will become current then thats the time they will move on your paper.

Let's be positive and pray that there will still be a Novemebr batch. We are so close to having an interview yet we are still not sure if we will have an interview on November. All this waiting for an update of wether we will wait for a month for an interview or 4 years for an interview is really making us anxious and uneasy. Around 2 more weeks(2nd week of Oct), probably we will have answers to this question coz that's the time they usually send papers for those who will be inbterviewed on November to Manila. Let's pray hard that there will still be an EX category.:monkeydance:
i havent heard from u for a long time...when will be ur departure guys?!?!?!? im really dying to hear from u..as for me i dont know yet when my schedule of departure will be..very well..i wish u all d best guys...hehehe to all those who are still waiting for their interview dates and visas gudluck to u all!! i will pray for u guys..hopefully d retrogression wont set in yet dis november..just keep ur fingers crossed..agen gudluck and godbless!! :)

Im very busy reviewing for nclex, as of now I don't know yet when will be our departure. My agency wants me to review first my nclex so that when I arrived there I will get nlang the exam.Most probably our departure will be next year either jan or feb.
So, how about you? whats your plan? Why is it that you don't have a departure yet? I think vgsrn has already her departure date because she has an nclex already.
i requested to have some more time to review for my NCLEX exam before i leave so dat i can take d exam immediately when i get there to d US..actually, if i wanted to go dis month they (the agency) can arrange that..but since i opted to spend more time to review here then they have to delay my departure..im planning to leave this november..but my mom wanted me to spend christmas here so im betting between november to december as my departure date..we'll c what happens then..i still have to consult my agency if they agree wid my plans now since i've been asking them so much favors already..hehehe it would be too cold if we'll leave next month since it would be winter already but it would last even until march..cant do anything about it right?!?!hehe...im on self review right now..i wish u luck on ur NCLEX exam crumvy..wish me luck too ok?!!?!? heehehhehe keep in touch always! mwah! btw, when is vgsrn leaving?!?!

Hi. I was already scheduled for an interview this Oct 5,2006 but when I got my appointment letter,it did not include my husband's name on it. I declared him to follow at a later date and we have passed all required docs to NVC including his DS230 except for his visa fee payment. Now,we have decided to travel together, would it be possible for me to bring him during my interview and my medical exam? My agency advised me to bring him during my medical exam and embassy interview and will pay his visa fee on the day of our interview. My concern is that he might not be allowed to enter St Lukes or the Embassy since he was not included in my appointment letter. Anyone who has the same case with me? Already called US Embassy Manila for instructions and they adviced me to call NVC. NVC, on the other hand told me that my case was already forwarded to the Embassy and that I should ask them for instructions. Anyone who has been into this situation,please advice me on how to go about this. Hoping for a reply from anyone.... i only have 19 days left before my interview ....dont want to leave for the states alone. I'm really worried....HELP!

Thanks a lot titanium.... wish u also goodluck... Don't forget to pray also there's nothing impossible with Him remember... Yap we will keep in touch always even if we are there already. Can I ask your email add? i find comfortable if we use the email, what do you think? Good for you, you can go there anytime you want. For me i will still finish my nclex review and it will end in december pa so most probably our departure will be january or the most february.
