I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

hello everyone. How does one find out his case completion date?
I emailed NVC last week all they said was "All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the designated representative of this case (attorney) will be notified." Does anyone know what this means? I asked our immigration lawyer and all he said was "we have received the case notice."...any thoughts on these?

Need Help here...has anyone encountered schedule like this one:medical exam at 12AM and scheduled for embassy interview at the same date morning???that is my situation....
I am not so sure when my case was approved but my vise fee bill was paid on the 23rd of JUly,2006....My immigration lawyer is not providing much info... I tried entering my MNL number a while ago at the embassy' site, but I am not yet scheduled.

hey, that's the same as mine, do you think they do that all the time, or it's just us hehehhe..let's just not mind it, whatchathink? i think the real medical appt. date is on our packet 4 so i'll just wait for my agent to send mine.
i got that 12 am medical sched too. and so did my companions. i think that's more of a deadline than an actual sched.

as said previously read the Primer at the top of this forum also read some threads on retrogression as you may be affected with this as no one knows how long it will last and which countries will be affected. Hopefully not too long but due to elections in November may not be until the new year
