I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

I am not so sure when my case was approved but my vise fee bill was paid on the 25th of JUly,2006....My immigration lawyer is not providing much info... I tried entering my MNL number a while ago at the embassy' site, but I am not yet scheduled.
anyway, 12am I think starts after midnight...12:01 am....I think....good luck on your interview!!!!

I think your case was been approved, try to call NVC from their automatic reponse system...and maybe thru that, you will know when your case was approved, if you want...if you want I can help you with that, I always call NVC for ffup of my friends application.just give me your NVC number or USCIS case number..then thats it :wink2: :wink2: :wink2:

I think your case was been approved, try to call NVC from their automatic reponse system...and maybe thru that, you will know when your case was approved, if you want...if you want I can help you with that, I always call NVC for ffup of my friends application.just give me your NVC number or USCIS case number..then thats it :wink2: :wink2: :wink2:
Hi. I was already scheduled for an interview this Oct 5,2006 but when I got my appointment letter,it did not include my husband's name on it. I declared him to follow at a later date and we have passed all required docs to NVC including his DS230 except for his visa fee payment. Now,we have decided to travel together, would it be possible for me to bring him during my interview and my medical exam? My agency advised me to bring him during my medical exam and embassy interview and will pay his visa fee on the day of our interview. My concern is that he might not be allowed to enter St Lukes or the Embassy since he was not included in my appointment letter. Anyone who has the same case with me? Already called US Embassy Manila for instructions and they adviced me to call NVC. NVC, on the other hand told me that my case was already forwarded to the Embassy and that I should ask them for instructions. Anyone who has been into this situation,please advice me on how to go about this. Hoping for a reply from anyone.... i only have 19 days left before my interview ....dont want to leave for the states alone. I'm really worried....HELP!

i recieved the same msg onscreen when i typed my NVC case number on the embassy's website but dont wori u can schedule ur medical anytime at ur convenience as long as u recieved ur appointment letter already..it will be stated as soon as u recieve ur packet 4 that u should have ur medical at least a week before ur interview schedule..dont worry about what was posted online...dats really nothing..hehehe u should have ur medicals a week before or at least 2 days before ul have ur interview because St lukes will be d one to forward ur passport and medical results to d embassy in time for ur interview..d medical usually takes 2 days to be completed so just make sure u arrange ur travel appointments to st lukes and embassy accordingly.. :) gudluck on ur medical and interview okies? im done wid my medicals and interview already..d consul only made me to swear an oath and asked wat is my name and dats it im done..no medical questions for me! yippee right now im just waiting for my visa to be delivered.. gudluck to u all..and congratulations for having an interview schedule already!!! this site really rocks!! d posts here really helped me a lot.... :) cheers to all!!

Congratulations to everyone who have been scheduled for an October interview...As for me, I don't have an interview sked yet. My case was completed Aug 23 but no schedule yet.
By the way, who schedules the medical exam? the NVC also? and where do they send the packet 4? Do they send it to the lawyer or to the nurse?

im heading to NY..i dont want to go yet..really..i still want to spend christmas here like u..but it basically depends upon my employer when he wants me to leave d country..hopefully it wont be too soon..hahahah really.. :)

No interview sked for me yet. I dont know when will that be. Darn, a big part of me just dont want to leave the country "yet". I am still enjoying my job so much and my god, I want a lovelife. bwahahaha
