NVC -CP- GC Tracker

Published

I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.

The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.

Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!

The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

Here is my case details

Category : EX Schedule A

USCIS receipt : April 2004

Processing Center : Vermont

I-140 approved : October 2004

NVC case number : MNL2004813XXX

NVC forwarded packet 3 : April 5, 2005

Packet 3 sent back to NVC : May 3, 2005

NVC case completed : May 16, 2005

Consular Interview : August 29, 2005

Visa received : ???

Date of entry in the US :???

I hope you can also post here your details interview experience.

God bless!

I designed a study program that takes six weeks plus to do, it includes study tips and a study guide, as well as articles on topics that are not covered in most nursing programs but seem to be on almost every exam.

Is there a similar link for the UK embassy showing monthly schedules? I've searched on the London site but can't find anywhere to check for interview schedules/appointments.

no there isn't tina, I would email them 6 weeks after you know your file has been sent to the UK. That is what Kay did

try giving the nvc hotline a call.

the automated system should give you the date of when your case was completed.

this should be the starting point of your countdown.

:)

same nvc response with mine...

i havent tried the automated response yet...

Halu, everybody. I would like to ask something from you guys. I had my immigrant visa already and am leaving on March 31. My problem is, with my agency. I was originally applied for a nursing home in Ohio and my contract is with them also. My problem is the agency told me that i will be working in Florida, will i not be questioned by the immigrant officer once i reach US?Considering that all my docs pointed Ohio as my destination and am in Florida. Another is, how can I avail of the Saunders study program here? I will be taking my NCLEX two weeks after (mid-April). Thanks and i would really appreciate your anwers. God bless!

You will need to fly thru whatever was your scheduled arrival point. But shame on your agency for changing your city and state of work at the last moment.

Please send me an e-mail and let me know the name of this agency. Was your contract with the agency or the nursing home?

My contract is with the nursing home. What confuses me is when I will be ask at the point of entry. This really adds my anxiety, considering that I will have to prepare for the nclex. I really hope i can pull out this one. Thanks and God bless us all.

Your point of entry will need to stay the same, don't worry about anything else. This happens all of the time.
