I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

my pd is dec2005, the same with leis; i also resubmitted my ds230 form to my employers attorney and they received it on june 28.....as of the moment there is no good news yet. i called my agency but hey they cant say anything about the revised july visa bulletin. I am much updated than them. i'm really getting so sad as things is getting oh sooooooo slow!

i called nvc today and the automated response has this to say: p3bill generated june 4,2007 and in few weeks time they'll be sending it to my agent for it to be paid.... pwew! i'm going thru the process agiain! they did this already before. what seems to be happening with my papers? any help please!!!!
hello to everyone....NVC received my updated DS230 and police clearance last june 27 '07 and told me to allowed 6 to 8 weeks to review and will be given notice...seems we are going to wait again...is it a good news or bad news? PATIENCE....patience....

i think NVC has a bad system right now. everyone had experienced a backlog with the voice response system. mine is still in the "missing documents" phase last August 2006. hope they update their system soon.
PD 2004? you should have been outta here a long time ago!!! JUST KIDDIN!
Anyways, please..please let us know if you do get the embassy interview...it will give us a ballpark idea of the month and year that is being processed. Hope to hear some goodnews from you soon.....
Yes PD 2004 I was approved from USCIS after 8 mos that was aAug 2005. My company was reconstructed and declared bankcruptcy so my visa fee bill got delayed. They paid my fee bill july 2006 and was completed Sept 2006 from NVC. I was hit by retro 2x. My collegues cases were pending at US embassy due to non existing name but my company said they still exist. I hope everything will be okay. I don't know if they will sked me for interview retrogression is back. Please pray for me guys.thanks a lot I will post if I have some updates from my case.thanks
I recieved an email from the NVC that I have to submit updated DS230 and the NBI clearance.
My lawyer's law office said I must course it through them since they have the barcode. My problem is the law office is asking AGAIN for my and my dependent's birth certificates. I have no copy yet of these certificates (original or authenticated in security paper). Do I also have to submit these even though what I know is that they do not expire unlike the NBI and the DS230 itself?
