I am starting a new thread to track cases from NVC - embassy to GC.
The best news for RN in China, Phillippines and India has been great and informative thread, but I think it is more appropriate and convenient if we start a new thread.
Also with the rapid scheduling of interviews for most of us, I am looking beyond the CP and anticipating the GC!
The August interview schedules are out already in India, and recently in the Philippines and hopefully in China.

yes, i did received notification from NVC dated july 02, 2007 informing that my petition was completed and forwarded to the Embassy/Consulate for further processing. it also states that any queries should be directed to the Embassy of origin. well, my pd was november, 2005 and case completed oct. 2006. last year, just as soon as i received notice from NVC that my case was completed, retrogression came in Nov., 2006.
now, i doubt if NVC has received my updated ds230 as i sent it last june 27, 2007 thru our employer's lawyer.
i hope this will give hope to some who had pds' way back 2005... that indeed, waiting and praying can be beneficial. just to let you know that there is a chance of getting a visa once our papers are forwarded, even if july visa bulletin was revised.

Sent my updated Ds 230 last week and my lawyer forwarded it to the NVC last June 28. I called automated message of NVC last July 3 and it stated documents were received July 2 and wait 6-8 weeks for processing. Also emailed them but no reply yet.
I hope I get the same message as Ilona since we have the same PD of November 2005.

good for you! i still get the same old message.."missing documents.." I just sent my updated ds-230 to NVC yesterday. *sigh*
still got the same message from NVC...i checked with my agency they told me they sent my updated DS230 last week...it's up to my lawyer now...hey, how do you email the NVC?
my pd is dec2005, the same with leis; i also resubmitted my ds230 form to my employers attorney and they received it on june 28.....as of the moment there is no good news yet. i called my agency but hey they cant say anything about the revised july visa bulletin. I am much updated than them. i'm really getting so sad as things is getting oh sooooooo slow!
