Hello All!
I'm a new member on here and in my senior year of a BSN program. Just out of curiosity, which textbooks do you nursing school graduates advise keeping? I kept my Pharm, Patho, Med-Surg, and Mental Health. (Mental Health because I want to go into this field.) Of course I will keep all my ATI/NCLEX study books. What other books did you find helpful for NCLEX or even in your careers?
Thank you!!

Those are the useful ones, I still look at my med surg book from time to time.
Thank you! :)

The ones you've chosen to keep are all good ones to hang on to after graduation. I bought a Lippencott manual and when I replaced it two or three years later, I gave the old one to an older cousin who had had her first baby when she was in her forties. Normally she was a very rational and calm person, but the baby changed all that!
My old book calmed her enough that she quit calling the pedi for every little thing. Think whether any of your old books would help someone else before you get rid of them. By the way, both my cousin and her husband are MDs!
Very true! I inherited books and was very grateful!
